Phrase Attic is made by Red Goggles Press DBA. In short: we don't collect anything about you.
No data collected
We don't collect, store or sell any information about you. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Your lessons stay on your device
Lessons, translations, generated audio and your settings are saved only on this iPhone. Nothing is sent to our servers — the app has no backend.
Voices
Speech is created on your device by Apple's built-in voices. Your text isn't sent anywhere to be read aloud.
Lesson codes
When you add a lesson by code, the app downloads that lesson file from our content server. Like any website, the server may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of the request); we don't link them to you or use them to track you.
AI tools
The AI prompt is copied to your clipboard so you can paste it into an AI service of your choice. What you share there is covered by that service's own privacy policy.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details or your Apple ID — the app only learns whether the free trial or the full version is active.
Children
The app doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be shown in the app with a new date.
