This is the user agreement for the Phrase Attic app by Red Goggles Press DBA. By using the app you agree to these terms. Questions: info@redgogglespress.com.
Using the app
You may use the app to create and practice your own lessons for personal learning.
Your data
We don't collect any information about you and don't send anything to a backend. Everything you create lives only on your device.
No guarantee of storage
Because lessons are stored only locally, we can't guarantee they will be kept. They will be lost if you delete the app or reset your iPhone, unless iOS restores them from your own device backup.
Your content
You're responsible for the text you add to lessons and for text you get from AI tools. Translations and AI-generated text may contain mistakes.
Shared lessons
Lessons added by code are provided for learning and may change or be removed at any time.
Free trial and purchase
The free trial lasts 14 days from when you start it. After it ends, creating new lessons requires a one-time purchase. Lessons you've already created stay available. Purchases are handled by Apple and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
Provided as is
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss of lessons or other data.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the new version will be shown in the app with a new date.
This text is also shown in the app (☰ menu). If a translated version differs, the English version prevails.
